Delivery and Returns:
We deliver furniture items. An estimate for this will be given at the time of order. Occasionally we will post smaller items if a customer can't get to our store. This will be quoted for on purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a full refund*, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase within 28 days of receipt. Refunds are always processed instore.
*Please note: items excluded from this policy are custom made or special orders; These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to cancel an order placed at Rossiters please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email to: email@example.com or phone our customer service team on 01225 462227.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
