Delivery and Returns:

UK Standard Delivery

The UK Standard Delivery charge for non-furniture items is £4.95 to any city within mainland UK. All orders will be sent by 'Royal Mail' and will require a signature on receipt. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange collection from your local post office.
The UK Standard Delivery charge does not apply to furniture items. 

From time to time we will offer free delivery promotions. Promotions are only available at the time of purchase, based on the terms and conditions of the particular promotion.

Other Delivery options

The UK standard delivery charges for furniture items is £50 and these will be delivered by our own specialist furniture delivery team by arrangement.
We will only make one delivery charge for orders that contain multiple items.

International Delivery

Standard Ireland delivery charge is £9.95

Standard European delivery charge is £15.

Rest Of The World delivery is £25.00.

For furniture deliveries outside the UK we will quote the delivery price on an individual basis.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order. Please note that this charge includes delivery only, therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes. All deliveries will require a signature to accept. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange collection from your local post office.



If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund*, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase within 28 days of receipt to:

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges, once the order has been processed. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot. Therefore, we suggest you send the item as a tracked or recorded delivery service and for high-value items, that you insure the costs of goods before you send them.

*Please note: items excluded from this policy are custom made or special orders; These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • If you wish to return or exchange your online order to our Bath store, please contact Customer Services on: 01225 462227 or email and they will be able to assist you. 
  • In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our customer services department on +44 (0)20 7734 1234 or email so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. 

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order placed at Rossiters please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email to: or phone our customer service team on 01225 462227.

If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
